Do I need to set up a subscription?

No. All our packages are monthly with no hidden fees and you can cancel at anytime. Just complete the sign up process on our website and you are in.  

Can I change my plan?

Yes, of course you can upgrade downgrade or even cancel your account at any time.

What happens after my 30 day free trial has ended?

When your 30-day unlimited-use free trail is close to expiry we will send you an email notification to remind you. Then it is totally up to you whether you wish to upgrade, downgrade or to cancel your account.

Do you offer custom plans?

How secure is the platform?

Savah is hosted on the Amazon Cloud. So there is nothing for the users to download, install or maintain. 

Do you provide support?

Yes, our support team are on hand between office hours of 9:00-19:00 GMT to help. Please send us an email to support@savahapp.com and we will provide you with a quick response. You can also visit our comprehensive Help Centre where we have questions asked from other users.

I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your password please use Savah forgotten password service to reset it. Click on the log in link, select the option ‘forgotten password’ and enter your email address. A reset password email will be sent to you. Please click on the link in the email where you will be promoted to create a new password.

How do I change my password?

Login to Savah, once logged in, click on the settings link, which is on the top right side next to your name. This will take you to your profile settings. Please click on the password link, where you will be asked to enter your current password and then to enter and confirm your new password. Then click o the save button to save your password.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes it is totally up to you to cancel your account at anytime. While we would be sad to see you go. To cancel your account please email support@savahapp.com and we will at once delete your account for you.
